Do this by registering a domain name with your keyword in it so it adds to the SEO factor. Then start building plenty of high quality content that will both please the search engines as well as the visitors of your site.
You will also need to build plenty of high quality backlinks to your site depending on how competitive the keyword is.
So by building high quality content and backlinks you will be ranking very well and getting tons of targeted traffic to your site for maximum commissions.
