It is true that facebook must pay for their negligence. But those who committed malicious acts must also pay more. After all, negligence is not intentional but with with malicious intent is. As we speak, the culprits are getting away scott-free. They must be made to face the music. They must answer for the dastardly things they have done. They must go to jail! I believe that it is high time to let the people know that crime does not pay!
